The idea of Magical Pixie's MindSPA originates in a personal experience where love, compassion, kindness, motivation, support and encouragement I've received during difficult times resulted in a realization that self-love, self-compassion, self-kindness, self-care and self-worth are SO important for one's mental wellness.
And this is my way to give back... because mental health matters... because YOU matter...

Once I've realized that I AM the most important person in MY LIFE something changed... there was this sudden power within me... power to fight for myself, power to stand up for myself, power to see the amazing women who lost her track of loving herself, believing in herself and at times taking care of herself. It was like out of sudden my black&white world lightened up and I started to see all the beautiful colours of myself again... and I remembered - there is power with me... ❤
